I am licensed as a Nurse Practitioner for Primary Care in New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania.

I can see patients as a Functional Medicine Specialist in any state or country.

• In-Person: I see patients in my office in Moorestown, NJ and make housecalls for people local to South Jersey/Philadelphia

• Telehealth: Anywhere in the world!

I am currently billing some insurances, but may soon switch to a model where patients pay up front while I provide a superbill for you to submit, as many insurance plans will reimburse for my services.

I am in-network with Blue Cross/Blue Shield, United HealthCare, Clover and Amerihealth for Primary Care ONLY in NJ, PA, and soon DE and MD. Some other plans will reimburse at an out of network rate. I also recently was credentialed with both Medicare and Medicaid.
